Yes, we do not have any property that is high fence. We are 100% fair chase, free range hunting.

We currently operate across 9,400 acres and over 45+ different farms. We want every hunter to be successful and work extremely hard year round to provide opportunities during hunting season. Depending on factors like weather, deer patterns, and more, we will assign each hunter, or group, a parcel of land usually between 50 - 400 acres.

All of our hunts are semi-guided hunts, meaning we will show you where you will be hunting and give all information we can, but we do not take you to and from the stand, or sit with you during the hunt. We have many stands already set for you to use in spots we believe give you a good opportunity. However, you are welcome to bring saddles, lock ons, climbers, etc. so long as nothing punctures the tree if you would like to move around in your assigned area.

If you have an ATV/UTV you would like to bring we recommend it, some farms are easier to access with an off road vehicle.

We strive for mature bucks and work hard to maintain great genetics and quality year after year.  Each hunter may harvest one mature buck of at least 120 inches gross in antler growth.  ​A $500 Minimum Quality Fee may be levied for harvesting a buck less than 120 inches of gross antler.

Absolutely not. Our prices are flat and we do not add on more costs for bucks that score a certain size. If a monster walks in front of you, we want you focused on the hunt and making an ethical shot, not thinking how much more you'll have to pay.

Indiana is a one buck state. If you have purchased an Indiana combo tag, you may also harvest up to two antlerless deer during your hunt if antlerless populations are favorable on certain farms. Please disclose at time of booking if you wish to have the opportunity to harvest does.

YOUR HUNT IS CONSIDERED OVER ONCE YOU HARVEST AN ANIMAL, DRAW BLOOD OR HAS TO BE TRACKED USING A DOG. We will help make every effort to recover a deer. Please contact your guide as soon as you shoot an animal.

All deposits are non-refundable, however, in the case that you cannot make it for your hunt, we will happily roll your deposit over to the next year.

Our turkey hunts are semi guided hunts where we show you the area you will be in, and we have pop up blinds available to use, but we do not take you or sit with you. If you would like someone to sit and call for you, that is an additional charge. 

Indiana is a one bird state, and historically we have 90%+ opportunity for our turkey hunters to bag a Tom.

Absolutely. We love having nonhunting guests to enjoy time away and the hunt. Any nonhunting guest is $50 per day if the hunt includes food and/or lodging.
